Octopus Box not working Testes Free File Download Softwaer

Hello everyone,

My box was working fine and yesterday I connected the box with my computer and it's not working anymore. When i connect it to the computer, it says USB device not recognized. I uninstalled the drivers and installed it again but still doesn't work. I tried to connect the box on a different computer and it gives the same error. When i connect it, the service lights turns on but the card and power light remains off. Any help would be appreciated.
